Information you share
We collect the information you choose to provide in forms, email, or project communications. This can include your name, email address, phone number, city, business or organization, team size, service preferences, requested dates, deadlines, and project notes.
For presentation redesign or speaking clips, this also includes file links, video duration, slide counts, selected packages, and the materials you make available to us. Photos, recordings, and presentation files can contain information about you or other people. Share only materials you are authorized to provide. Please do not include patient records, medical details, or other sensitive personal information in website forms or shared project files.
Website and browser information
Our website uses Wix for hosting and form services. Wix and its infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, referral information, timestamps, and service logs to deliver, secure, and maintain the site.
Our form integration uses browser local storage to maintain an anonymous Wix visitor session. Wix services may also use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, security, and service measurement. You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser settings; blocking them may affect forms or other features. Read Wix’s privacy policy for details about its processing. We do not currently configure a custom response to browser Do Not Track signals.
How information is used
We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, discuss availability, coordinate sessions, review and edit materials, deliver creative work, communicate about your project, maintain business records, and protect against misuse. Providing contact information for a project lets us reply about that project; it does not by itself sign you up for a newsletter.
Service providers and sharing
Information may be processed by providers needed to operate the website and communicate or work with you, including Wix for hosting and forms, email services, and the file-sharing provider you choose when sending a link. A link you submit and its contents may be accessed to review and complete your request. Each external provider handles information under its own privacy terms.
We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services. This website policy does not replace any separate project agreement governing image use, publication rights, or delivery.
Retention and security
Information is retained according to the needs of the inquiry or project, ongoing client communication, and applicable business or legal recordkeeping requirements. Retention varies by record type and service provider. You can contact us to ask about or request deletion of your records.
No website, email system, or file-sharing method can guarantee complete security. Keep shared-file permissions limited to the access needed for your project, and contact us if you believe a link or submission has been exposed unintentionally. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to submit information, although some details are needed to respond to or carry out a project. Email taylorprocreative@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, or to ask us to stop optional communications. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations.
You can change or revoke access to a shared file through the service where you host it. Doing so does not automatically remove copies already provided for a project; contact us about those copies.
External links and children
External websites and file-sharing services have their own privacy practices. Our services are intended for adults and business clients, and the website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.
