What is included in the price?
The base session price is for your selected team-size tier. It includes on-site setup, individual posing guidance and one retouched digital headshot per person. Team photos, facility photos and service videos are quoted separately.
Can you come to our practice?
Sessions take place on-site. Include your city when you contact Fred so you can confirm the location, setup, travel arrangements and any related costs before booking.
How should our team prepare?
Agree on a clothing approach, such as your usual clinical attire or business clothing. Share your staff count and any scheduling constraints. Tell Fred where you plan to use the photographs so you can discuss the right presentation.
When will we receive the photographs?
Confirm the delivery date, file formats and retouching details with Fred when planning your session. If you have a website launch or other deadline, include it in your message.
Does choosing a date reserve it?
No. A preferred date starts the conversation. Confirm availability, the final scope and booking arrangements with Fred before considering the session reserved.
